Would like to clarify some points about the signs

Postby RedNeko » Mon Nov 14, 2016 5:46 pm

I was re-reading about what you can do with signs on the server and when I read this bit:
Example 2:

[Trade]
10 dirt
$5:100

That will make a shop sign that will take 10 dirt from other members and give them $5 each time. The sign stock of money is 100.

I wondered: does the stock of 100 mean the sign has $100 to pay people with or does the sign has 100 lots of $5 to pay with?

Also, with the [Protection] signs, am I right in thinking they can also be used for things like fernaces? They seemed to do something when I put some on mine.

The stock of money is like the stock of items, so it has $100 to give out. When you make the sign, it'll take that amount from your balance.

[Protection] protects furnaces as well.
